• This comfortable bed& breakfast you can find in village Liptovske Sliace 5 km far away from Ruzomberok and 30 km from Liptovsky Mikulas. Region of Liptov offers a lot of possibilities for tourists whom love summer nature and also fans of winter sports will be surely satisfied.

APARTMENT n.1

• Number of beds: 8
• In the apartment n.1 there are 2 rooms, living room connected to the kitchen and dining room. The apartment includes fully furnished bathroom with the bath and separated toilet.
• The room n.1 includes: double bed, chest-of-drawers with mirror, wardrobe, TV set.
• The room n.2 includes: double bed, wardrobe, radio and CD player.
• Living room includes: 2 sofas which can be altered into beds, so that there are 4 beds. There is also a TV set + SAT. and DVD player. – The guests can enter the terrace from the living room. The terrace is situated in the garden where there is also the barbecue place.
• Kitchen: high-standard kitchen is fully-equipped, there is also dining room for 8 persons. The kitchen includes cooker, electric oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge and freezer and all the dishes.
• Bathroom is fully-furnished. It includes big bath 140×140, washbasin, mirror, etc.

APARTMENT n.2

• Number of beds: 12
• The second apartment also includes 3 rooms with beds, furniture, bathroom with the bath, high-standard kitchen with dining room.
• The room n.1: double bed, and two extra beds, wardrobe, the chest-of-drawers with mirror. There is also a TV set and the guests have also balcony.
• The room n.2: double bed, chest-of-drawers, wardrobe, TV set.
• The room n.3: double bed, sofa which can be altered into bed = other 2 beds, the chest-of-drawers with mirror, wardrobe, TV set, video player. The room also includes balcony.
• Kitchen: high-standard fully-equipped kitchen with the dining table for 12 persons and sofa which can be altered into double bed. This makes altogether 12 beds. And it is possible only when there are the bigger groups of guests who arrive and want to spend the vacation together. It means that the guests have possibility to use 12 beds.
• The kitchen includes: cooker, electric oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge and all the dishes as well as TV set+ SAT, radio and CD player which you can use to listen to music and thus spend very nice moments in our guest-house.
• Bathroom: high-standard fully-furnished bathroom in which there are big bath 140×140 and two washbasins, big mirror, toilet and bidet. It includes balcony as well.
• Parking place is in the area next to the apartments and at night it is guarded by a dog.
• The confectioner's se­lling very nice ice-cream and cakes is situated only 20 meters far from the apartments.
• The shop is situated 30 meters far from the apartments.
• The nearest town which is 8 km far from the guest -house is called Ružomberok and the guests can find there a lot of other restaurants.
